Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system and e-mail
- Answering clients requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers satisfaction
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients needs
- Maintaining professionalism in all instances
Requirements:
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 -16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
- Experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
- European citizenship
