Customer Support Representative

Our esteemed client is a prominent iGaming service provider boasting a decade of experience in the industry. They are currently in search of a Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team in Larnaca or Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system and e-mail
  • Answering clients requests
  • Promoting products and services to clients
  • Optimize customers satisfaction
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients needs
  • Maintaining professionalism in all instances

Requirements:

  • Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 -16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
  • Experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
  • European citizenship
