Our client is a regulated Investment Firm, specializing in Prime Brokerage Services. They are seeking to hire a Customer Support Agent in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner via Live Chat and email.
- Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process as well as amend existing accounts
- Develop and maintain great relationships with current and new clients.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired outcomes
- Ensuring that all Payment Gateways are online and working properly
- Carries out any further duties assigned
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software about the collection of these documents
- Forward financial matters and requests to the Funding Department
- Liaise with the Head Customer Support & Back Office for any queried issues
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language – Other EU languages at a professional level will be highly appreciated.
- Previous experience in a similar position in the Forex/Financial industry will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines;
- Ability to pay attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail and procedures;
- Professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness;
- Ability to work rotation shifts*
IMPORTANT: The position is based on rotating weekly shifts (8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am)*.
* Please do not apply if you are not intended to work on a shift basis.
