They are seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention
- Analyse client behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and personalized client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address client needs effectively
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed decision-making
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a smooth start for new clients
- Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns to different segments of the client base
- Monitor and report on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector
- Proficient in data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful client relationship strategies
