Client Relationship Manager

They are seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


  • Develop and execute strategies for managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention
  • Analyse client behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and personalized client interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address client needs effectively
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed decision-making
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a smooth start for new clients
  • Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns to different segments of the client base
  • Monitor and report on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Proficient in data analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful client relationship strategies
