Customer Success Officer - Native German

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing existing and prospective clients with the highest level of service in a timely manner.
  2. Promoting the company’s financial products and services.
  3. Achieving daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels.
  4. Developing business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
  5. Keeping up to date with the financial markets and communicating these to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills
  2. German is a must, any additional language is a plus
  3. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  4. Negotiation and presentation abilities
  5. Customer support-focused
  6. People skills
