THE ROLE
As our Client continues to grow, they are looking to recruit Sales Consultants to join their team in Limassol. There, you will be able to ensure a positive customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent customer service for achieving high level of customer satisfaction
- Determine customers’ needs by creating a friendly and familiar environment
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products
- Provide advice and a detailed presentation of proposals-solutions that may be of interest to the customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Prepare proposals / presentations of the agreed products.
- Prepare sales orders and facilitate special requests, based on the products agreed with the customer.
- Maintain a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and sales practices
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales offers and orders.
- Ensure that any potential issues that may arise in relation with the client’s order are resolved smoothly and fast.
SKILLS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English language, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
- A competitive salary, 19k gross / year
- Monthly commission based on sales ranging from 500 to 900 Eur
- A 5day working schedule from Monday to Saturday.
