Our client is a CySec regulated FX Broker and they are seeking to hire an experienced Head of Partnerships join their team in Limassol and to grow its Partnership and Affiliation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a robust team of business developers focusing on expanding partnerships internationally
- Provide ongoing support to team members on a day-to-day basis
- Lead team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
- Create both team and individual KPIs and create a plan to ensure targets are met
- You will be driving partnership initiatives ensuring they align with the business strategy with a focus on Master IBs, local offices and introducing brokers across the globe
- Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners
- Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners both locally and abroad
- Attend expos and corporate events globally in order to generate business
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with a Forex Regulated Company in the same position
- A strong portfolio of affiliates and partners focused on the European clients base portfolio is a must
- Proven experience as a partnership professional
- Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto
- Experience in relationship management and client retention
- Language skills would be highly beneficial
- Excellent IT skills
- Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Already based in Cyprus – EU citizenship is a must
