From The HR Community.
A great starting point was the interactive discussion led by Ms. Josie Christodoulou, the Commissioner for Gender Equality, who encouraged us to share our thoughts on how we can promote equality in the workplace and in society in general. My sincere congratulations go out to Donna, Terri and the whole Emerald Zebra Team for this event. May this be a start to a series of knowledge sharing and practical sessions that will bring us together as HR professionals.

It's no surprise that employee well-being is a hot topic on the current HR agenda in all organisations. Gender equality is under much consideration too. Thanks to Josie Christodoulou for an interactive discussion and highlights on future changes.
Josie Christodoulou, Commissioner for Gender Equality, kicked off the morning and set a positive tone for the day with a rather unique keynote speech that was actually an engaging session. The two panels focused on building and maintaining high performing teams, and well-being at the workplace. All panelists shared exceptional tips and insights. Special kudos to Elena Aristidou for shedding light on workplace wellbeing and sharing best experiences we follow at Grant Thornton Cyprus. Looking forward to more events like this!
