Emerald Zebra on behalf of our client, a Cyprus registered technology company behind an automated trading ecosystem that gives retail investors access to institutional grade algorithmic gold and forex strategies via a regulated broker platform, is looking to hire a Partner Relations Manager (Social and Influencer Focus) to be based in Limassol, Cyprus. As the company scales its reach, the social and influencer partnerships channel is one of its highest impact growth levers and it now needs a dedicated person to own it.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Hybrid working from the Limassol office, with travel as required to meet partners.
Engagement: Full time, salaried or contract.
Role Overview
You will lead and scale the partnerships channel as a key driver of growth, acting as the primary point of contact for the company’s most valuable social partners, community leaders and content creators, and owning both the relationships and the performance of the channel. This is not a maintenance role. The company needs someone who can build, optimise and expand a high performing influencer and affiliate programme, someone highly communicative who knows how to handle partner needs, maximise their output and continuously grow the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard high quality partners, including content creators, finance influencers and community leaders across relevant platforms.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with top performing partners, acting as their dedicated account manager and strategic advisor.
- Provide ongoing support, resources and strategic guidance to help partners grow their audiences and maximise conversions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, structure incentives and optimise deals to maximise ROI across the partner portfolio.
- Ensure all partnership activities remain compliant and consistent with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity in the affiliate, social and influencer space, identifying new opportunities early.
- Organise and manage partner events, webinars and localised incentive programmes to keep the community engaged and motivated.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in business, marketing, economics or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands on experience managing affiliate or influencer partnership programmes with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills: a strong negotiator and relationship manager able to engage partners at all levels with clarity, confidence and warmth.
- Proven track record of growing a partner or affiliate network and delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Comfortable operating in high growth, dynamic companies where priorities shift and speed matters.
- Target oriented and resourceful, driven by results and commercial performance metrics.
- Autonomous and resilient, able to manage your own programme and work independently under pressure without close supervision.
