What's the difference between fractional and interim?

Interim usually means a full-time senior leader for a fixed period, often covering a gap or leading a specific mandate. Fractional means a senior leader who works part-time on an ongoing basis, giving you C-level expertise for, say, two days a week. We place both, scoped to what your situation actually needs.

How quickly can a leader start?

How is this different from your executive search?
