You can be based outside of Cyprus and work Remotely, or join their Limassol, Cyprus team on a Hybrid basis.

The Role:
- Develop and execute email strategies aligned with brand goals and the full customer lifecycle, spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and loyalty.
- Define objectives and channel mix across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, while owning the global send calendar.
- Build and optimise automated flows, including welcome series, abandoned carts, post-purchase journeys, and churn prevention.
- Design complex workflow logic, including triggers, branching, frequency caps, and suppression rules.
- Create targeted segments using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to ensure highly relevant messaging.
- Prepare campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and content collaboration through to template creation and rendering tests.
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, offers, and layouts to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Track and interpret key performance metrics (CTR, conversion, deliverability) and adjust strategies based on the data.
- Monitor list health and deliverability, coordinating with IT on technical authentication such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Use AI tools for send-time optimisation and copy variants, with human quality assurance to safeguard standards.
- Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
What our client is looking for:
- Hands-on experience building and optimising email/SMS lifecycle programmes and one-off campaigns.
- A proven ability to design multi-step automation workflows with complex triggers and exit rules.
- Strong expertise with HubSpot (ESP/CRM) and a deep understanding of CRM data structures and objects.
- Proficiency in email-safe HTML/CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot rendering quirks and work with components.
- Data fluency, including the ability to build segments and translate analytics into actionable insights.
- A solid understanding of deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and DNS/authentication concepts.
- A rigorous approach to QA and accessibility, ensuring mobile-first, cross-client compatibility.
- A strong security and privacy mindset when handling sensitive client and applicant data.
- Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
- Experience in a brokerage and/or proprietary trading firm is required.
Desirable:
- A background in finance, trading, fintech, or similar high-compliance environments.
- Familiarity with SQL basics or advanced ESP audience builders.
- Experience managing multilingual variants for global customer bases.
- Knowledge of UTM discipline and attribution modelling within GA4.
