Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Designer / Art Director to lead the design direction across the platform, products, and multiple iGaming brands.
This is a senior leadership and hands-on design role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design team, defining visual direction, maintaining brand consistency, improving product design quality, and ensuring that all design output across the business is professional, conversion-focused, user-friendly, and aligned with company goals.
The role will cover both product/platform design and brand/marketing design, including websites, mobile interfaces, landing pages, CRM creatives, promotional banners, campaign visuals, affiliate materials, social media creatives, internal presentations, product UI, and design systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong visual taste, excellent UI/UX understanding, experience managing designers, and the ability to create clear creative direction for both junior and middle-level designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall visual and creative direction across the company’s platform and brands.
- Manage, guide, and mentor junior and middle-level designers.
- Review and approve design work to ensure high quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, UI components, and design standards.
- Design and supervise UI/UX for websites, mobile web, platform features, back-office tools, landing pages, and product flows.
- Support the design of iGaming products such as casino pages, sportsbook pages, promotions, bonus flows, verification flows, cashier flows, CRM journeys, and player account areas.
- Create and oversee marketing creatives, including banners, campaign visuals, CRM graphics, email assets, social media creatives, affiliate banners, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Copywriting, Tech, VIP, and Management teams.
- Translate business and marketing ideas into strong creative concepts and clear visual execution.
- Ensure all designs are user-friendly, conversion-focused, mobile-first, and aligned with business goals.
- Improve the quality of existing brand visuals, layouts, UI elements, promotional sections, and campaign creatives.
- Build scalable design templates for recurring campaigns, CRM communications, banners, and landing pages.
- Provide clear design briefs and creative direction to the design team.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including platform, websites, mobile, email, SMS landing pages, social media, affiliate materials, and internal presentations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Check final implementation and provide feedback on spacing, typography, responsiveness, usability, and visual quality.
- Stay updated with iGaming design trends, competitor brands, conversion-focused layouts, and modern digital product design standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, Design Lead, Senior UI/UX Designer, Creative Lead, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring designers.
- Strong portfolio showing high-quality digital design, UI/UX, branding, and marketing creatives.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency.
- Strong UI/UX knowledge for web and mobile products.
- Experience designing conversion-focused digital products, landing pages, promotional pages, and marketing creatives.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, templates, and reusable components.
- Strong knowledge of Figma.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Experience working with Product, Marketing, CRM, Copywriting, and Development teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review design implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and prioritize based on business importance.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in iGaming, betting, casino, fintech, crypto, SaaS, or online entertainment.
- Experience designing for casino, sportsbook, live casino, mini games, racing, virtual games, or e-sports products.
- Understanding of player behaviour, promotional mechanics, bonus offers, CRM campaigns, and conversion funnels.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or tools such as After Effects.
- Experience creating HTML email layouts or working closely with email developers.
- Experience designing for multiple brands at the same time.
- Experience building a design team or improving design workflows from scratch.
- Understanding of affiliate creatives, performance marketing visuals, and A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of frontend limitations and responsive design implementation.
Leadership Responsibilities
The Senior Designer / Art Director will be expected to lead the design team by:
- Assigning tasks to junior and middle designers.
- Reviewing and improving their work.
- Creating clear design standards and templates.
- Ensuring consistency across all brands and products.
- Teaching the team better visual, UI/UX, and marketing design practices.
- Helping designers understand business goals, not only visual execution.
- Managing priorities between platform, product, CRM, marketing, and brand requests.
- Making sure the design team delivers work on time and at the required quality level.
