Junior Payment Specialist

Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Junior Payments Specialist.

Reporting to: Payments Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and monitoring clients deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Update the Platform systems with relevant information
  • Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation
  • Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries
  • Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients
  • Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per managements request

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent verbal and written English (Chinese will be an advantage)
  • Ability to work 12:00 – 20:00, Monday-Friday (Public holidays included) (training will be 8:00 – 16:00 and when completed, the shift will be 12:00 – 20:00)
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details
