What is your profile?

You are a dedicated Senior Account Manager with over five years of experience in B2B client management, within the payments industry. You have a passion for providing exceptional client experiences and have a knack for strategic and analytical thinking. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and have previous experience dealing with clients either in consulting or sales roles. You have expertise in the finance and payments sector that will enable you to identify opportunities and tackle challenges effectively. If you excel in a structured environment, can prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, and are eager to deliver outstanding results you have the perfect profile.


Requirements:

  • Higher education in business management, economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B client management/client success role, in the payments industry.
  • Previous experience dealing with clients, ideally in consulting or sales in the B2B sector
  • Knowledge and experience in the finance and payments sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable way for the audience.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work in a structured manner to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • German language would be advantageous


What will your role be?

In this role, you will establish and maintain sustainable client relationships from day one, managing initial requests, onboarding, activation, and ongoing interactions to ensure client satisfaction. Acting as the main point of contact, you will proactively address concerns, fostering trust and loyalty. You will understand client needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions, creating fee offers, and negotiating service terms for mutually beneficial agreements. Continuously be informed on compliance and keep up-to-date with regulations and industry standards. Collaboration with internal teams, such as operations and compliance, will be crucial to meet client needs and streamline processes. You will maintain and update the CRM system, keeping client information accurate and current. Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, you will continuously improve your knowledge and skills in the payments and banking sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain sustainable client relationships from day one, including initial incoming requests, onboarding process, activation, and throughout the entire relationship.

  • Create fee offers and negotiate service terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about compliance, remain up-to-date with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and compliance, to ensure client needs are met and processes are streamlined.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills in the payments and banking sector.


What is offered?

  • Indicative Annual Gross Salary range: EUR 48,000 – 54,000 (based on qualifications and experience) tax exemptions for expatriates in Cyprus are applicable
