As a PSP (Payment Service Provider) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ relationships with various payment service providers. You will ensure the smooth operation of payment processing, develop new partnerships, and enhance existing ones to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with payment service providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Negotiate contracts and agreements with PSPs to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Payment Processing:
Oversee the integration and ongoing management of payment gateways. Monitor and analyze payment processing performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.

Partnership Development:
Identify and onboard new payment service providers to expand our payment options. Conduct market research to stay informed about new PSPs and emerging payment technologies.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure all payment processing activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Work closely with the compliance team to maintain high standards of security and fraud prevention.

Optimization: Continuously assess and improve payment processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Implement strategies to reduce payment processing costs and increase transaction success rates.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on payment processing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing payment service providers, preferably within the fintech or iGaming industry.
Strong understanding of payment processing systems and technologies.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using payment processing platforms and related software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience with iGaming payment solutions.
Knowledge of global payment regulations and compliance standards.
