About the Opportunity
Our client, a global technology consulting company with over 87,000 employees across 40+ countries, is seeking talented professionals to join their European operations supporting major digital transformation programmes in the banking and financial services sector.
The Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams on a major corporate banking transformation programme. You will gather and document requirements, design and optimise end to end business processes, and translate business need into clear, actionable inputs for the delivery teams.
What You Will Do
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment, clarity and shared understanding of business requirements
- Gather, evaluate and analyse business requirements using a range of elicitation and analysis techniques
- Document both functional and non functional business requirements
- Design and improve end to end business processes, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Maintain business analysis documentation, workflows and requirement traceability in line with standards
- Capture outcomes of business analysis and obtain stakeholder approval on key deliverables
- Create and refine user stories, maintain the product backlog, define acceptance criteria and support sprint planning
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and initiatives
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Provide support during testing to ensure requirements are met and issues are identified and resolved efficiently
What You Will Bring
- Strong corporate banking domain knowledge
- Hands on experience running design thinking and ideation workshops
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst in financial services or banking technology transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable in an Agile delivery environment with experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

- Location: Nicosia, Cyprus. Fully onsite, no remote or hybrid option
- Hours: 8 hour working day, Monday to Friday
- Languages: Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory. Candidates who do not speak both languages cannot be considered
