Overview
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Director to lead and manage the complete online marketing strategy for a fast-growing betting and gaming brand.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, creative, and experienced in the betting/iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, branding, and digital growth strategies.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to: Director
- Responsible for coordinating: Internal marketing teams and external marketing partners/agencies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the complete digital marketing strategy across all online channels
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, influencers, etc.)
- Lead acquisition, retention, CRM, and reactivation strategies
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, CPA, LTV, and other key KPIs
- Coordinate with design, content, CRM, product, and management teams
- Oversee media planning, campaign execution, and budget allocation
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new digital opportunities within the betting industry
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
- Manage external agencies, partners, and media collaborations
- Prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations for management

- Customer acquisition growth
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) optimisation
- Return on advertising spend (ROAS) and ROI performance
- Retention and customer lifetime value (LTV) improvement

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the betting/iGaming industry
- Experience working in regulated betting markets
- Strong understanding of online acquisition and retention channels
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of sportsbook and casino products
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools
- Familiarity with attribution, tracking, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
- Understanding of influencer and partnership marketing within the betting industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- English language proficiency required
