The Role
As Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead manual functional and API testing on web and API based banking applications.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop and execute manual test cases for web and API based applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing
- Validate API responses using tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI
- Log, track and manage defects in Jira or similar tools
- Work with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
- Monitor application health and performance with tools such as Datadog or Splunk
- Document test results, prepare test summary reports and take part in release readiness reviews
- Use ServiceNow for incident tracking, change requests and test documentation where applicable
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 3 years of manual testing with a focus on functional and API testing
- Proficiency in Postman, Jira and test case management tools
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON and XML formats and HTTP methods
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk
- Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Experience across functional, system and user acceptance testing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent communication
- Fluent Greek and English
