Meet Terri Neofitou, Country Director at Emerald Zebra

#meetourteam Meet Terri Neofitou, Country Director at Emerald Zebra – FinTech, Tech & Finance Sector Jobs in Cyprus. Terri is a passionate and driven recruiter, and her vision and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving our company’s success.

We asked Terri a few questions about her role at EZ, her thoughts and her goals for 2023.

What do you do at EZ?

I work with our clients to identify and match outstanding talent to their recruitment needs as well as individuals in their career progression. I assist our CEO, Donna in the daily operations of the business.

Why did you choose to work at EZ?

As a self-proclaimed multi-hyphenate, I have worked in various roles and worked with Donna Stephenson at one of her earlier recruitment businesses earlier on in my career.

Having left recruitment several years ago and with a new career focus and success, I admit I had no plans to return. That was until Donna told me about her new business pla. Her vision for EZ was too exciting not to explore when she kindly suggested that I join her new niche recruitment company and the only Fintech, Tech and Finance sector specialised recruitment company on the island!

Why is EZ different from any other recruitment service offering in Cyprus?

As a niche specialist recruitment company, we have a significant emphasis on customer experience for both the recruiting clients and candidates and we are a small team who really love what we do. Aside from the customer experience, we also invest a lot of time and effort on recruiting tech and finance roles at all levels, including C-Level and are the go-to recruitment company for candidates and clients alike for these roles, also servicing any other roles we can assist our clients with.

We are passionate about people and really believe that what an individual chooses to do daily has to fulfill and exceed, when possible, their personal values.

We invest time in understanding the needs of our clients and through excellent communication, we strive to always match the talent required with the right company. This saves our clients and applicants precious time.

What are your goals for 2023?

Professionally, there is always scope to expand my clientele across cities and make more time for visiting clients to assure I understand their company culture best, and I would also hope to offer some new exciting business services to our clients in the coming months. On a personal note, I would like to have a greater focus on my personal well-being. The work flexibility that EZ offers definitely works towards achieving this.
