1) What do you do at EZ?

I Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting and headhunting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. Creatively sourcing high-calibre candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline and reach out to them and ensure they’re a good fit for our clients.

2) Why did you choose to work at EZ

The agency places the needs of the client and the candidate as well as the focus of the Company. In addition the values of EZ align with mine as the agency focuses on quality instead of quantity. This is due to the fact that the agency has a laser focus on a niche market within the FinTech, Financial, Tech and Gaming sectors. Also, Donna Stephenson played a crucial role on this decision to join EZ as she has 20 years’ experience, therefore she has an outstanding vision for the agency.

In addition to add more value to the recruitment process at every opportunity by being innovative and creative, always striving to stay on top of the changing recruitment trends to enhance the outcome.
