Donna Stephenson is the Founder and Principal Recruiter of Emerald Zebra, a boutique recruitment and executive search firm in Limassol specialising in FinTech, Tech, Financial Services and iGaming. Since founding the firm in 2021, she has built it into one of Cyprus's most respected specialist practices, leading executive and senior mandates across Cyprus and the UAE, MENA, SE. Asia for clients including globally recognised fintech firms.
With more than two decades in talent acquisition and executive search, Donna began her recruitment career in the UK before relocating to Cyprus in 2003, going on to co-found and lead several successful ventures, including, Cyprus based, generalist recruiter GRS Recruitment, before establishing Emerald Zebra as a boutique agency.
A recognised voice in the Cyprus financial services and technology community, she founded the HR PowerBreakfast events and has spoken at conferences including iFX Cyprus, iFX Dubai, Forex Expo and TEDx Molos Women. Donna is British and lives in Limassol.
