Retention Managers – Native English Speakers – Limassol, Cyprus
Our client is an extremely dynamic group with several years of experience in the Trading Industry.
They supply services to brokers and their clients are multiple brokers. They are looking to hire 2 brilliant Retention Agents who will be taking care of their customers in financial trading and crypto trading across the countries of operation.
They will be working under several regulatory bodies. Furthermore, they will handle retention management activities in relevant regions worldwide.
All candidates should be experienced and fluent English-speaking Retention Managers to join our client’s unique boutique operation in Limassol, Cyprus.
As part of a team led by industry veterans, you will play a crucial role in retaining high-value traders within the brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing clientele of traders to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Implement effective retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and account activity.
- Clearly articulate the unique features and benefits of the brokerage to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker (native).
- Proven experience in a retention role within the financial, fintech, or gaming industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
