Client Relationship Manager

In this role, you will lead the entire client journey, from smooth onboarding to building lasting loyalty. You will shape meaningful client relationships, boost engagement, and ensure a top-tier customer experience that drives the business of our client forward.

What Youll Do:

  • Strategize and Lead: Design and execute impactful strategies that enhance the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding through engagement and retention, to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze client behaviors and market trends to uncover insights and develop personalized, client-centric strategies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive client experience.
  • Optimize CRM Systems: Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to help drive decision-making and improve client interactions.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, while delivering a smooth and welcoming start for new clients.
  • Tailor Client Communications: Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns, delivering the right message to different client segments for a tailored experience.
  • Report and Recommend: Monitor client lifecycle metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, or customer success, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
  • A solid understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • A track record of successfully developing and implementing client relationship strategies.
