Office Secretary, Tech, Limassol

The Role

We are looking for a well-organised and professional Office Secretary to join the Limassol office. You will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly while supporting management and colleagues across a range of administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain order and structure within the workplace environment
  • Assist in general office administration and support management and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Answer phone calls and emails and redirect them when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements for management and colleagues
  • Assist in organising and supervising company events
  • Monitor levels of supplies and handle shortages
  • Assist in resolving office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Document expenses and submit reports
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, associates and colleagues
  • Deliver and pick up documents, parcels and stationery as needed

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organisation and optimisation techniques
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Valid driving licence

While we offer a hybrid working scheme for eligible positions, all employees must be based in Cyprus.
