MT4 and MT5 Administrator, FinTech, Nicosia

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established FinTech software provider, founded in 2017 with offices in Cyprus and Barcelona, delivering a complete ecosystem of brokerage technology to Forex and CFD brokerages worldwide. Their solutions span CRM and Trader’s Room platforms, IB and partners management systems, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 hosting and administration, and a powerful suite of platform plugins and tools, and they are trusted by some of the industry’s leading brokerage brands. They are now looking for a proficient MT4/MT5 Administrator to join their team in Nicosia.

The Role

In this hybrid role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and smooth operation of MetaTrader platforms for the company and its brokerage clients. You will manage a diverse range of tasks, from maintaining and troubleshooting MT4/MT5 servers to providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully maintain, support, troubleshoot and monitor MT4/MT5 Trading Servers and related platforms.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades of customers’ trading infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot Trading IT issues arising in day-to-day operations.
  • Cooperate with third-party service providers to maintain and resolve issues.
  • Provide day-to-day customer support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Solid technical background in MetaTrader 4 and/or MetaTrader 5 administration, including installation, configuration, and support of the platform.
  • Experience in server administration, including Windows Server and Linux.
  • Knowledge and experience of C++ would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A team player who is flexible and adaptable, with excellent organisational skills.
