iGaming Training Assistant

Do you have extensive operational experience within the iGaming industry and the ability to create engaging and interactive training materials? 

Our client is a distinguished iGaming service provider with a decade-long presence in the industry, and they are currently seeking to hire a Training Assistant. 

Your Profile:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development, administration, and continuous improvement of their training programs. You will be passionate about learning and development, highly organized, and adept at using training technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all training tools and resources, ensuring that all training materials are current, well-organized, and accessible on the company’s training website.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop, update, and enhance training materials. Design engaging and interactive presentations, assessments, and follow-up activities to maximize learning impact.
  • Upload, organize, and manage training materials on the company’s training website, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and that content is easily navigable and accessible.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for the Training Coordinator, assisting in the planning, coordination, and scheduling of training sessions.
  • Conduct initial practical training for new employees during their second week, setting up new accounts and ensuring new hires are familiar with the company’s training systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure training objectives are achieved and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training administration or a similar role in the iGaming industry . Operational experience would be preferred also. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • European citizenship

Info & Benefits:

  • Salary Range, depending on experience and qualifications: 2000 to 2400 Euro, Gross per month
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
