Training Assistant

Our client is a distinguished iGaming service provider with a decade-long presence in the industry, and they are currently seeking to hire a Training Assistant to join their team in Limassol.

Your Profile:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development, administration, and continuous improvement of our training programs. You will be passionate about learning and development, highly organized, and adept at using training technologies.


  • Oversee and maintain all training tools and resources, ensuring that all training materials are current, well-organized, and accessible on the company’s training website.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop, update, and enhance training materials. Design engaging and interactive presentations, assessments, and follow-up activities to maximize learning impact.
  • Upload, organize, and manage training materials on the company’s training website, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and that content is easily navigable and accessible.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for the Training Coordinator, assisting in the planning, coordination, and scheduling of training sessions.
  • Conduct initial practical training for new employees during their second week, setting up new accounts and ensuring new hires are familiar with the company’s training systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure training objectives are achieved and maintained.


  • Bachelors degree in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • European citizenship

  • Salary Range, depending on experience and qualifications: 2000 to 2400 Euro, Gross per month
