We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO to lead our clients digital marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing their online presence and driving targeted, high-quality traffic to their platform.

Responsibilities:
- Develop Game-Changing SEO Strategies by leading the design and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies that elevate the search engine rankings and expand digital presence.
- Inspire, Manage and Lead the SEO Team by setting clear goals and continuously fine-tuning strategies to optimize performance and results.
- Master Keyword Research by conducting in-depth keyword analysis within the financial sector to ensure the capture key search terms and drive relevant traffic.
- Oversee the optimization of website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns to improve both rankings and user experience.
- Partner with content creators to ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized while maintaining its quality and relevance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making by utilizing cutting-edge analytics tools to assess the performance of SEO strategies, making informed adjustments based on insights.
- Keep up with the latest SEO and digital marketing developments, particularly those that impact the financial industry.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure SEO aligns seamlessly with overall marketing and business goals.
- Manage and allocate the SEO budget to ensure resources are used effectively for maximum ROI.
- Regularly update the senior management with clear, actionable insights on SEO performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of SEO experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience within the financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
- A history of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that led to measurable increases in traffic and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive SEO success.
- Excellent team leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders and present SEO insights clearly.
