Marketing Manager

Our client is one of Europes multi-awarded destinations and one of the must-visit resorts in the world, is looking for a passionate candidate to join the Marketing Team.

Position Summary:

The Resort Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Marketing, PR and Communication efforts of the Resort both off-line and on-line.

The Resort Marketing Manager ensures that the brands standards on all materials developed; producing content that will keep the Brand at full capacity.

Finding ways to attract new source or businesses, and then building loyalty, she or he will be responsible on creating the Marketing Plan of the Group (on-line and off- line) and manage the marketing budget to achieve our business KPIs and targeted return on investment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead together with the Resort General Manager and AHM, the Branding strategy of the Resort at all pillars.
  • Evaluate the impact of the branding strategy and is responsible for the effective response of the markets.
  • Work closely with different business units (Hotel, Holiday Residence / rentals, Sport), within the company, as well as with AHM leading the marketing team while supporting internal departments such as (but not limited to), Operations / F&B, Sales and Revenue.
  • Lead the communicated and agreed business goal and create/implement the communication strategy.
  • Build, present and agree the marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, as part of the original Marketing Plan or on an ad-hoc level.
  • Lead the market development activity and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives directed towards achieving the goals (on resort and overseas level).
  • Contribute to the marketing research to determine competitiveness, identify insights, and propose actions and assist in developing performance reports identify new opportunities and improvements, as required.
  • Ensure that the departments team is trained and developed, as to implement properly, the brand communication.
  • Comply with budgetary guidelines, processing documents and maintaining assigned budget categories.
  • Ensure that the website, the promotional material, marketing campaign strategy, are updated on a regular basis.
  • Identify gaps and proposes strategic plans on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Digital Media or any other relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field and position
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Web trends etc)
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
