Role Purpose
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Programs Manager to coordinate and drive delivery across the organisation’s Foundation’s CSR work, with additional support across the Group’s broader corporate activities. Your primary focus is the Foundation: keeping its program, events, partnerships, and initiatives moving and running smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll act as a project-management (PMO) resource for the wider Corporate Communications & CSR team, lending structure and coordination to corporate activities as needed.
You’ll sit at group level, coordinating multiple stakeholders, partners, and workstreams at once. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on structure, juggles many moving parts calmly, and takes pride in things running smoothly.
Who this role is for
This is a hands-on programme and project management role, not a communications, marketing or PR position. We’re looking for someone whose strength is organisation and delivery: coordinating projects, managing timelines, chasing actions, keeping stakeholders aligned and making sure initiatives actually happen. You’ll be working within a Corporate Communications & CSR environment, but you won’t be creating campaigns or content, you’ll be the person driving the plans behind them.
It suits a capable mid-level professional with solid project coordination or PMO experience who enjoys being close to the detail. It is not a strategic leadership or head-of position, so if you’re at senior level looking for your next senior move, this won’t be the right fit.
