Business Developer, Spanish Native

Our client is thus looking for a Business Developer to join their Business Development Team based in their office in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a full-time on site position.

The Role:

The Business Developer will act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customers. The role involves working with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1.Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze current and historical financial data, including sales reports, to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategies based on financial analysis to optimize the company’s financial performance.

2.Market Research and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with executives to develop strategies for pursuing identified opportunities

3.Proposal Development:

  • Create, refine, and improve proposals for both existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure proposals align with client needs and contribute to successful client acquisitions.

4.Budgeting and Expense Tracking:

  • Prepare and manage the company budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Track financial performance and adjust as needed to meet revenue targets.

5.Training and Mentoring:

  • Provide training and mentoring to members of the Client Relationship team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service quality.
  • Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.

6.Investor Relations:

  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches for potential investors, showcasing the company’s value proposition.
  • Network with investors and other business partners to generate leads and explore investment opportunities.
    
    7.Networking and Travel:
  • Network with clients, partners, and industry professionals to generate new leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Travel to destinations as needed to facilitate transactions, provide training, and attend conventions.
    
    Requirements:
    
    Experience:
    Minimum two years of experience in Business Development, particularly with the Brazilian market.
    Language Skills:
    Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English; another language is a definite plus.
    Technical Knowledge:
    Knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5 is a definite plus.
    Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and partners.
    Communication Skills:

    Solid written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
    Flexibility:

    Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, explore new markets, and attend industry conventions.
