Position Description
– General office administration related duties
– Administration functions in relation to payroll and social insurance contributions
– Corporate Administration functions in relation to the Registrar of Companies (e.g. Annual Returns)
– Execute Compliance procedures (Client Acceptance procedures)
– Support to Accounting Department functions
– Administration duties in relation to services provided to Clients
– Other administration/ secretarial duties
Position requirements
– University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline
– Excellent IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, web)
– Client service-oriented skills
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
The following will be considered as a strong advantage (but are not prerequisites):
– Knowledge of an Accounting/Payroll Software (s)
– Fluent knowledge (written and verbal) of a foreign language

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 17:15 and Wednesday, Friday: 7:45 – 15:00
