We are looking for a management accountant (associate level i.e. 1-3 years experience / or recent accounting/finance grads studying ACCA).
Compensation and Benefits
Gross salary from Euro 15,600 – 24,000 per annum plus additional 4500 Euros per year, paid monthly (cash allowance) giving you approximately Euro 20,100 – 28,500 per annum + on top an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Job Description
Manage the Group month end process to ensure accurate books and records. Perform month-end close activities, including preparation of journals and reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts. Ensure timely closure of books and records each month. Participating in internal projects, i.e., assisting in defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed project plan, coordinating people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results etc. Assisting in management and controllership of Group legal entities as assigned, including:
- Assisting in preparation of the monthly entity Management Accounts with relevant analysis and commentary.
- Assisting in analytical reviews, transaction analysis, balance sheet substantiation, revenue, and cost analysis
- Assisting in managing filing and reporting obligations such as VAT and Corporate Tax returns.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices for managing our accounting records and reporting deadlines.
- Assisting in monitoring, updating and implementing Group policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the completion of the annual audits of the Groups Companies
- Stay up to date with accounting standards, tax laws and other financial regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Head of department and Group Financial Controller as and when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- In the process of ACCA/ACA qualification will be considered as advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS principles
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in an Accounting role
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
- Ability to deliver in tight monthly deadlines
- Ability to work part of team as well as at own initiative
- Computer literate and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
