Your Profile:
You are a Systems Administrator with minimum 3 years relevant experience and strong technical expertise in system administration and skilled at managing a range of IT systems and applications. You are proactive, with an ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems, while ensuring that infrastructure remains robust, secure, and reliable. You thrive in a high-performance, dynamic environment, you are collaborative, and possess excellent communication skills. If you have experience in a Family Office or private wealth sector is a plus. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Jira Data Center, Microsoft Dynamics, and MS Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with managing integrations between Jira and Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools.
- Expertise in configuring and managing corporate networks, including VLAN, VPN, and DHCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Familiarity with Azure AD and SSO/SAML configurations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation and user manuals.

Your Role:
As a System Administrator at this Family Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of their IT infrastructure. This includes managing and optimizing
essential tools like Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Dynamics for budgeting and financial processes. You will play a key role in maintaining a robust IT infrastructure that supports the Family Office’s operations and financial objectives. You will be managing complex IT environments, enabling efficient collaboration, and supporting dynamic business needs in a private, high-performance setting.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Systems Management:
Jira Data Center Management:
- Advanced configuration of workflows, security levels, and user groups.
- Writing and troubleshooting scripts in Groovy using ScriptRunner.
- Integration with Active Directory (AD) for access management.
- Troubleshooting automation workflows, license management, and add-on updates.
- Creating and restoring backups regularly to ensure data integrity.
Microsoft Dynamics Integration:
- Maintain and optimize the connection between Jira and Microsoft Dynamics for budgeting and project tracking.
- Ensure smooth data flow between systems to support accurate financial reporting and budget management.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and propose enhancements to improve processes.
Additional IT Systems Management:
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS device management.
- Oversee MS Defender for Business to ensure security.
- Configure and manage Azure AD (MS Entra) for access control, including SSO/SAML configurations.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange for mailbox and domain management.
- Manage Slack workspace administration, user management, channel setup, and permissions control.
- Ensure seamless integration with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
Corporate Network Management:
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including VLAN, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Design and document network architecture with detailed records of ports and static IP allocations.
- Security and Access Control:
- Implement and maintain robust security measures across systems and platforms.
- Configure connectors for third-party tools (e.g., AWS, Vault, Atlassian).
Equipment and Inventory Management:
- Oversee deployment, decommissioning, and inventory tracking for office equipment.
- Ensure all hardware and software systems are functioning optimally.
Documentation and Process Development:
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system architecture maps, and user manuals.
- Develop user guides for systems like Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, and Slack to enhance team productivity.
Employee Support and Training:
- Provide IT support to Family Office staff, promptly addressing technical issues.
- Deliver training on systems like Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, and Slack to maximize team productivity.
