THE ROLE
On behalf of Epic, Emerald Zebra team is looking for Small Business Account Managers in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos. As a Small Business Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth within your territory by identifying fresh opportunities, winning new customers, and expanding our SOHO portfolio.
This is a highly dynamic field role where you will execute strategic sales roadmaps, follow structured daily prospecting plans, and carry out targeted road trips to maintain strong market visibility and a healthy pipeline.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new SOHO customers
– Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily/weekly field plans, ensuring maximum territory coverage
– Plan and perform regular roadtrips and on-site visits to identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through continuous prospecting and networking
– Establish and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals
– Promote and sell the full portfolio of company products and services to both new and existing customers
– Identify customer needs and provide tailored telecom solutions aligned with business requirements
– Ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into sales
– Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer experience during all sales interactions
– Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports, pipeline status, and action plans
YOUR PROFILE
– University Degree in a related field (Business or Marketing will be considered an advantage)
– Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition roles will be considered a strong advantage
– Strong hunter mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
– Ability to plan and execute structured field activity (roadmaps and roadtrips)
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
– Basic knowledge or strong interest in telecom solutions
– Highly organised, resilient, and target-oriented professional
– Clean driving licence (company car provided)
– Fluent in Greek and English
