Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the core banking software, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Define the product vision, working closely with stakeholders to optimize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead product research, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage multiple product journals and prioritize product development initiatives.
- Configure system/software based on evolving business requirements.
- Manage and negotiate relationships with third-party suppliers to optimize product offerings.
- Drive product innovation by incorporating new features and improvements.
- Engage in competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain strong working relationships with development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Foster collaboration, brainstorming, and effective communication across departments.
- Quantify and analyze business value for new features and feature enhancements.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management and business analysis within the fintech sector, particularly in the payments/banking industries.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, ledger mechanisms, and behaviors.
- Experience with virtual IBANs (vIBANs), IBANs, and payment rails such as SEPA and SWIFT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear specifications and product descriptions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to synthesize and analyze complex information quickly.
- Strong teamwork, coordination, planning, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Salary Range, based on qualifications and experience 4,000 to 5,000 Euro Gross.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
