The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience developing and running Laravel/WordPress/MODX multilingual websites as well as back-end experience with 3rd party API integrations.
The role is more attached to the Marketing department than strictly IT.

Responsibilities:
- Execute the full website development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Work with a team to design, develop, and maintain websites
- Produce clean, well-structured code based on project specifications
- Integrate 3rd party APIs to enhance website and application functionality
- Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO and improve overall site speed
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues while applying analytical problem-solving skills
- Manage databases, ensuring efficient data handling and storage
- Handle web hosting management, including AWS, ensuring smooth performance
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements
- Perform hands-on development on the Laravel platform, including multilingual site setup
- Ensure proper documentation of all development processes
- Work in a highly collaborative environment with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors Degree or high-level of combination of education and experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 year work experience as Web Developer, both front-end and back-end
- Proven experience working with Laravel, WordPress, MODX, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, PHP/Laravel and SAAS
- Good Knowledge of MySQL/RDS
- Familiarity with any of the modern JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular)
- Version control (GIT) and JIRA usage experience
- Experience developing responsive websites
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong decision making skills, ability to work under pressure and manage the team
- It will be considered an advantage to have knowledge experience with: Ubuntu/Linux,SSH/Shell Scripting, reverse proxy usage and NGINX/Apache configuration
