Our client, a UK regulated EMI, is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join their team in Limassol. This is your opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting a leading institution in the financial sector.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare reports that summarize the results of the reconciliation process.
- Analyse costs and revenue and prepare detailed comparisons.
- Ensure alignment between platform balances and banking provider balances.
- Efficiently and effectively identify and resolve any discrepancies between the platform and banking providers.
- Work closely with other departments to address any outstanding issues or tasks.
- Prepare reports for the accounting team and collaborate with them to resolve any inquiries.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial requests.
- Identify potential system weaknesses and apply problem-solving skills to address them.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the FX industry, service providers, or roles such as Reconciliation Officer, Payment Officer, Financial Analyst, or Accountant.
- Proven expertise in advanced Excel, with the ability to create and use complex formulas effectively.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on and proactive, capable of independently managing caseloads and overseeing the entire investigation process from start to finish.
- A self-driven problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- Motivated and positive, with a proactive approach to challenges.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 18:00
- Work from home 1 day per week (upon completion of training period)
