PSP Specialist, Limassol

We are seeking a PSP Specialist to join a prominent Limassol-based online trading group offering forex, CFDs, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies to retail and institutional clients globally. This role is ideal for a payments professional who enjoys working closely with Payment Service Providers, optimising transaction performance, and ensuring seamless payment operations in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing PSP relationships, improving approval rates, controlling costs, and supporting the company’s overall payment strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
  • Research, evaluate and onboard new PSPs and gateways to maximize approval rates and coverage.
  • Monitor daily transaction flows, chargebacks, and settlements.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Sales and Backoffice to ensure payment channels meet operational and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment integration or processing issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Analyze payment data and prepare reports to improve cost efficiency, costs and approval ratios.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new payment technologies and regional payment methods.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in payments operations or PSP management (experience in forex, gambling, or gaming will be considered as a strong advantage).
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, merchant accounts, and gateway integrations.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to work with APIs and payment systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Based in Cyprus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk and regulatory aspects of payments.

Primarily on-site. Work-from-home flexibility can be considered for cases outside the city, typically after the probation period or under other agreed exceptions within the same framework. Working hours 08:00/08:30 – 17:00/17:30.
