Player Relationship Officer for a Global iGaming Platform Limassol or Larnaca. Full-Time, Office based with flexibility.

The Role Player Relationship Officer
You’ll join our client’s Player Relationship team across Limassol or Larnaca, driving excellence in player engagement, VIP servicing and compliance across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Malta etc.).
Your responsibilities:
- As part of the Player Relationship team, ensuring outstanding service to players across all communication channels (live chat, email, phone).
- Ensure strict adherence to Responsible Gaming obligations, tailoring actions to UK requirements including safer gambling messaging, risk monitoring and escalation procedures.
- Applying responsible gaming procedures according to regulations
- Being vigilant while reviewing player accounts to ensure they are playing responsibly
- Applying RG regulations in a timely manner according to internal procedures
- Ensuring responsible gaming events are being handled
- Expand players’ game play activity
- Proactively contact potential players
- Initiating players interaction over chat, e-mail and phone
Requirements:
· Native English
· Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
· Experience preferred but not mandatory – Gaming background will be considered as a big advantage
· Computer literate
· Self-motivated
· Communication and verbal skills
· European citizenship essential – no work visas, must be located in Cyprus. Work from Limassol or Larnaca offices.
Report to Head of Operations and provide regular updates on team performance and strategic initiatives.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday (5day shifts) 08:00-16:00 / 16:00-00:00 / 00:00-08:00.
Monthly salary: 1,700 Gross.
Night shift allowance: 20 per night shift.
Public holiday: 1.5× pay + an extra day off.
Monthly bonus: up to 400 Euros.
