Personal Assistant to Directors, Fintech, Limassol

An EU-licensed fintech company based in Limassol is looking for a capable and organised Personal Assistant to support two directors in their day-to-day operations. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and coordinating the directors’ calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organising travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Greeting and hosting guests in a professional manner
  • Handling office supplies and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Providing general administrative support to both directors as required

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a PA, EA, or administrative support role
  • Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet, professional, and proactive in approach
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment

What’s on offer:

  • €1,800 – €2,000 gross per month
  • 13th salary

  • Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Modern offices in the Ksenos Building, Agios Athanasios
