An EU-licensed fintech company based in Limassol is looking for a capable and organised Personal Assistant to support two directors in their day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating the directors’ calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Organising travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
- Greeting and hosting guests in a professional manner
- Handling office supplies and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
- Providing general administrative support to both directors as required
What we’re looking for:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a PA, EA, or administrative support role
- Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Discreet, professional, and proactive in approach
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
What’s on offer:
- €1,800 – €2,000 gross per month
