Youll be responsible for managing client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring smooth operations in line with regulations, and resolving client payment queries. This is a role where you can make a real impact, collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and monitoring clients deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
- Update the Platform systems with relevant information
- Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation
- Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries
- Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients
- Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
- Other ad-hoc duties as per managements request
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
- University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
- Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage
- Fluent verbal and written English (Chinese will be an advantage)
- Ability to work 12:00 – 20:00, Monday-Friday (Public holidays included) (training will be 8:00 – 16:00 and when completed, the shift will be 12:00 – 20:00)
