Emerald Zebra, on behalf of our client, a leading full-service Cypriot law firm, home to 80 highly experienced lawyers, arbitrators, legal consultants, and support professionals is seeking a talented IT Support Officer to join our client’s growing tech team onsite in Nicosia.

About the Role:
The IT Support Officer will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, managing modern cloud-based systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical IT services. The successful candidate will resolve issues, implement innovative solutions, collaborate with vendors, and help maintain robust security and compliance standards within a leading legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver responsive 1st-2nd line technical support while managing help desk tickets with professionalism and urgency
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices through cloud-based management platforms
- Develop, document, and maintain IT policies, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with external vendors on system implementations, upgrades, and technology migrations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation
- Ensure compliance with legal sector security, GDPR, and data protection requirements
- Support and maintain Microsoft cloud services including Office 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office
- Manage devices using enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions
- Troubleshoot issues across modern Windows environments, networking, and remote access technologies
- Contribute to the adoption and support of emerging AI-driven legal technology platforms
Your Profile:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent industry credentials
- Demonstrable experience using IT ticketing systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud identity management, conditional access controls, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Familiarity with GDPR standards and confidentiality requirements within the legal sector
- Exposure to AI-powered or data-driven legal technology solutions is an advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
- Customer-focused mindset and strong teamwork orientation
