In this role, you will be a part of the Customer Support team focusing on enhancing the client experience through offering high quality assistance and support.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system, calls and e-mails
- Stay up-to-date with the products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Process incoming and outgoing customer payments in a timely manner
- Verify customer and validate any documentation received for KYC purposes
- Working closely with the Risk Team whenever is needed
Requirements:
- Native in Greek is a must
- Fluent in English
- BA Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Previous experience in a similar role and especially in the gaming industry will be considered as advantage
- Computer literate
- Communication skills
- Willing to work on shifts 5 days per week (weekends included)
Package and Benefits:
- Salary depends on experience: 17000 – 19500 EUR Gross/ Year
