Are you a native Russian speaker with experience as BD Manager in the Cyprus market?

Responsibilities:
- Conduct trend and industry-focused research
- Understand sales and business development strategy and how to translate it into a structured prospecting plan
- Create a prospecting strategy and conduct in-depth searches in target industries using digital tools and platforms to identify potential target companies and stakeholders
- Facilitate business development by generating leads through your network.
- Able to coordinate marketing efforts
- Create appropriate messages to communicate with identified contacts and hold conversations with them to ascertain needs and elicit interest
- Conduct research and test new lead-generation tools
- Help shape a new business department
- Record, track, and manage prospects in CRM
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development/ sales and consulting ( banking / fintech outsourcing, fintech / banking network and consultancy expertise)
- Strong experience in resource management
- Have a proven track record of outbound lead generation
- Experience in the Cyprus market is a must
- Exceptional communication skills
- Familiarity with IT concepts
- Capable of conducting strategy-driven, targeted research
- You are reliable, confident, and have a personal charm that allows you to easily connect with others
- International sales experience would be considered as advantage
- Fluent in English and Russian language
