About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the firms corporate and investment management services to high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporates. You will leverage your professional expertise and relationships to identify new business opportunities, establish key partnerships, and drive growth in assets under management (AUM).
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with investors, intermediaries, and corporate partners.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promotional Activities: Represent the firm at conferences, deliver impactful presentations, and host corporate events.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with firms generating regular investor leads.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, Cyprus legislation, and market dynamics to drive strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in banking, taxation, corporate law, or accounting, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
- Qualified Professional: Qualified Accountant, Tax Specialist, or Corporate Lawyer preferred.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Cyprus legislation and expertise in investment management, corporate services, real estate, or corporate law.
- Network: Strong connections with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients in Cyprus and internationally.
- Performance Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed business development targets.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Greek required; Russian is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial Outlook: Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
