Our client is a Seychelles regulated FX Broker, and they are seeking to hire experienced Business Development Managers to join their team remotely.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Asia Forex industry. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client base, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing their presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities within the Forex market in Asia
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the forex industry
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and stay updated on industry developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored trading solutions and services to meet their requirements
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management
- Strong Network in the Forex Market (ASIA)
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in business development or sales roles within the forex industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the forex market, including trading platforms, products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Fluent in English any other languages will be considered as advantage
- Strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors, and potential clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies
Salary depends on the experience of each candidate. This is a Full-time remote role with a monthly salary + commissions.
