The Challenge
A global payments and banking solutions provider expanding in Larnaca needed a Sales Specialist to develop and manage B2B client portfolios across the Forex, iGaming, PSP, and E-Commerce sectors. The role required someone who could sell Payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing, and Banking-as-a-Service solutions to international clients.
The client needed a candidate with 3-5 years of fintech sales experience, understanding of payment flows and AML/KYC compliance, and an existing network within the target industries. EU citizenship was required as visa sponsorship wasn’t available.
The Search
