With an impressive 24-year career, she has earned a reputation for excellence in talent acquisition and HR services, co-founding and successfully exiting multiple businesses, including GRS Recruitment, Fairfax Yeaman, FX Careers, and Omega Executive.
Donna’s entrepreneurial journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to creating workplaces that prioritize equity, flexibility, and purpose. She leads a fully remote team, empowering working parents and fostering a culture of shared leadership.
