We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director to lead the online operations of a regulated betting company in Cyprus. The Cyprus operation is one of several regulated markets within a wider European group, and forms a strategically important hub in the operator’s regulated portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the online gaming/betting industry and a deep understanding of all aspects of online business operations-from user acquisition and promotions to CRM activities, brand development, and operational management.
The person in this role will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and developing strategies that contribute to revenue growth and stronger market presence.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee the company’s online operations
· Develop and implement business and marketing strategies
· Lead acquisition and retention activities
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns and bonus offers
· Monitor business performance, KPIs, and budgets
· Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
· Optimize online operations and customer experience
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
· Lead and coordinate the local team
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the betting industry
· Experience in a managerial or director-level position
· Strong understanding of online operations and digital business
· Experience with promotions, CRM activities, and online campaigns
· Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and performance reports
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Ability to make strategic decisions and manage teams effectively
· Fluent English language skills
