The profile we are seeking is someone who has worked inside a CRM platform (Optimove, Fast Track, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar iGaming CRM tools), built and scheduled bonus and promotion flows, run A/B tests on campaigns, and reported on KPIs like conversion, redemption rates, and player response.
Established in 2012, this company is an industry-leading provider of turnkey gaming platform solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. They offer a full-service model covering platform technology, CRM, licensing, player management, payment processing, and customer support, giving clients everything needed to launch and scale a gaming brand.
This is a hybrid role, with presence in the Limassol office required only on Wednesdays. The starting salary for this position is €2,200 gross monthly.
The CRM Account Manager duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns
- Configuring and testing offers
- Analysing and reporting on campaigns results
- Optimizing campaigns
- Working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email, sms, web push, pop ups, etc.)
Requirements:
- High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of Excel and AI tools
- Proficient in English
- Multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
